Our field agents are our most important resource. Our priority is to ensure their sense of belonging to the company, and their motivation. We demand a total commitment from our employees, and in return they can count on dialogue and support.

Our agents are loyal because we really value the work they do.
Agents are regularly seen by our agencies, and at least once a year formally by the entire agency team to discuss their career prospects.
We also make sure that they develop and remain committed and involved in the company:

• almost all our agents have a permanent contract,
• they benefit from health insurance,
• regularly during the year, they can increase their salary: incentive policy, customer challenges, overtime pay.
